Losing A Friend / School

LOSING A FRIEND.

Everyone understands that a time will come along when you lose someone/thing close to you. Well it's not too tragic in this situation, But i have lost something near and dear to me.

That's right, my good ol' white cami (sorry, couldn't find a picture of one). We lost whitey yesterday when the strap tragically ripped off. *sigh* i guess that means a trip to the mall for me... I'll miss my old one though.

SCHOOL! :)

Yup, it's that time of year again! BACK TO SCHOOL! i don't know about you guys, but i am sooo excited! :) New classes, new teachers, new CLOTHES! whoohoo!! (: ya gotta love it. So, lucky me, i get to T.A. for MRS. JONES!! she said she picked me very first! (and i didn't even have to bribe her...) So, i'll post again once school starts and tell ya how it's goin.

5 minute movie review!

Hi Guys!
I had a great fourth, what about you? The P.G. fireworks were amazing this year! and before that, me and my family went over to our neighbor's dad's house for a BBQ. It was so much fun! The hot dogs were wrapped in bacon! WOW! can you say YUMMMM? Anyhoo, yesterday i saw "up". most of you have heard of it, right? Well it's about an old man and a boy scout. i won't ruin the surprise for you. but it's really sad at the beginning, the old man's wife dies, and i was really about to cry! But then everything gets better (as usual with disney movies) it was a good length (96 Min). i give it 4 stars! (out of 4) it was soo good. and i mean, if i like a movie, you know it's got to be amazing, because usually i hate movies! well anyways, i'm super excited to go to Color Me Mine with Becca, it's such a fun place! So i'll post later about it alright?

Hi Guys! Sorry for not posting in forever, but i've been pretty busy! let me just update you on life today.

First, i did get my book signed! (wings, previous post) turns out Aprilynne is just a lovely person in person, and i got a cute picture with her. (forgive the closed eyes, blame it on my "master photographer" mom) here's the pic:

Now, in recent news, tommorrow is one of the greatest holidays of the world. FOURTH OF JULY! whoohoo! it is such an awesome holiday. you get to be outside, have BBQ's, and the best part- Watch beautiful fireworks, and then light some of your own! and being the pyro that i am, that ought to be interesting. i absolutely love fireworks! they are the coolest things ever! maybe i'll be a pyrotechnic when i'm older. maybe.

anyhoo, i'll post some pics of tommorrow's big celebration. love ya guys. (sorry for the shortish post, i'll make it seem long by doing a big font. )

Lamb and Wool Festival.

Recently, i went out to Thanksgiving Point for a "Lamb and Wool Festival." Despite the boring name, it was actually pretty fun! There were lots of farm animals, and i got this hilarious video of two goats.

wings!

So, i recently made a trip to barnes and noble. (which is an amazing store, just to let you know). I got a book called "Wings." I thought, oh, this looks pretty good! well little did i know just how AMAZINGLY AMAZING it really is!!! I'm telling you, it is the next twilight. except way better. So wings is the first in the series of four, but so far the others haven't come out yet. I'm waiting for the next!

It is written by a lovely author named Aprilynne Pike. I LOVE HER! She is a genius for writing this amazing story. Usually i don't even like a book THIS MUCH! It's sooooo great. you need to go read it today!

And in addition to just reading this great book, on June 23rd Aprilynne is coming to my very town to SIGN MY BOOK! CAN YOU BELIEVE HOW LUCKY I AM? I KNOW! First, it's a miracle that i found such a good book. Second, I can get it SIGNED TOO?? by the very lady that wrote this masterpiece? WOW! SUMMER!!!!!! :)

SCHOOL'S OUT!!!!!!!!!

I'm sooo excited for summer! it's going to be so amazing! But i will miss seventh grade.. NOT! haha i'm excited for eigth though! Seventh grade was... an okay experience. Some of my teachers were better than others. I'll miss Mrs. Jones most of all! But i will visit her EVERY DAY! I won't miss Mr. Fossat. He was the worst math teacher EVER! All he did was scream at us or get mad for not understanding. I'm pretty sure he should get fired tommorrow....

But anyways! Back to Summer!!! I'm so excited to just... not have school! And go swimming a ton! Especially at seven peaks. Because i LOVE water slides! I just wish i had a season pass. But anyone who wants to go with me, CALL ME! We'll go! Ahhh and Lagoon! I love it! So have an amazing summer guys!
